Facilitated Self EvaluationHow do you feel? How do you know? Would you like to feel better? This is what it is ...The unique facilitated self evaluation (fse) model gives you the tools to make improvements in your life; just where you think they are needed. You are guided through all aspects of your life (Work, Leisure, Relationships etc). You score yourself on a scale of -10 to +10 and, with the help of the facilitator, you drill down and down until you find an area to work on. A small change for the better, something even as simple as making a phone call, can extrapolate to make a difference to how you feel overall. One or two small changes can turn the +5/10 to +6/10 and so on. For example, an fse client scored himself +5/10 overall during initial analysis. Not bad, but there was something niggling at him that prevented him feeling that bit better. Within the hour's session he had discovered what it was and had come up with a solution. It was so simple. He was feeling guilty about not phoning his sister in Australia. All he had to do was pick up the phone and give her a ring. FAQsWhy do I need to analyse or evaluate? Generally feeling "all right", "just OK" or "one degree under" won't give you the information you need to make improvements. Someone wise once said "If you have nothing to aim at you will always hit your target with unerring accuracy." Why do I need a facilitator? Four main reasons: A trained facilitator gives you discipline, is a fresh set of eyes and ears, is a source of new ideas, and is independent (has no vested interest). I don't feel too bad, how will the fse programme help me? Very few people score -10 or +10. As with the example above, the fse programme can take someone with an initial score of (say) -3 to -2 then -1 and so on. Someone with an initial score of +6 can be taken to +7 and +8. My issues are massive, how can I possibly cope with such huge change? The little things are the big things. The structure of the programme is to break these big issues down into their constituent parts and deal with the little things. For example, "I hate work; I always come home too tired to enjoy my leisure." is a big issue. It may well be, however, that the reason for the person's tiredness is as simple as the wrong type of chair. How does the fse programme work? You book a single diagnostic session (cost £75.00). We will use an interactive whiteboard (a sort of electronic flip chart) as we go along. At the end of a session the analysis is either saved onto a flash drive, emailed to you, or printed off. If you do not wish your details to be kept on a computer, the session can be deleted (or we can run the analysis on paper). A single session may give you enough material to work on for some time. Alternatively, some clients prefer to redo the analysis after every completed action. All this can be explained during a FREE, no obligation initial telephone consultation. What happens next? The fse programme is designed to identify your problems not to solve them. Solutions are another matter.
Your facilitator will use their experience and training to suggest the best course of action. It is quite likely that, one the problem has been identified, your own experience will suggest the action.
